eDucational Consulting

If you have a child that is struggling and we do offer educational consultations an informal assessments.

Step 2: schedule a FREE 40 minute call

Administration of the Woodcock Johnson Testing Batter :   $500.00

This includes the assessment, report, and followup meeting with academic recommendations.    


Attendance of IEP Meetings:  $200.00

An educational advocate will attend IEP meetings at the public school to provide support and further recommendations. 


Consultation/ coaching: $ 125.00

Consultations relating to homeschooling, advocacy, creating a homeschool plan, working to build plans for therapeutic intervening.

Tutoring

Students who require additional help in particular subjects or are slightly behind in a specific academic area can benefit from tutoring services. Tutors are available to help students gain confidence and competence in whichever area they may be struggling.  They can also help students to stay organized and teach them about how to manage their time and materials.  To enquire about tutorial services please follow the steps below.

Step 2: Meet with administrator about concerns

Step 3: Informal evaluation

Step 4: Meet with administrator and tutor to review results and academic plan

Step 5: Incorporate tutoring into the student's schedule

Tutoring Fees: (60 sessions)

Prices for tutoring are based on 60 sessions/year. If your child does not receive 60 sessions, the cost will be prorated.  If students require one session/week, the price will be adjusted.

Two 30 minute sessions/week: $1,530.00   

Two 45 minute sessions/week: $2,295.00


Group Rates:  (approx. 72 sessions) Group Rates may apply if a we form a class to meet the needs of a small group of students who need direct instruction below their expected grade level. 

36 Weeks of Classes T/TH:  $1525.00

Educational Therapy

Students who may benefit from educational therapy may be one or more years behind academically. They often have difficulty in the areas of reading, comprehension, developing ideas, writing, working memory, auditory, or visual processing.  In an effort to grow skills, help students decrease their frustration, and find success in the classroom and elsewhere, educational or cognitive therapy may be recommended. If you suspect that your child may be in need of these services please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Email request

Step 2: Meet with administrator about concerns

Step 3: Discuss option for a formal psycho-educational battery of testing

Step 4: Obtain testing or if student has already received testing, submit testing results

Step 5: Meet with administrator to review results and discuss an academic plan

Step 6: Incorporate therapy into the student's schedule

Educational Therapy Fees: (60 sessions)

Prices for tutoring are based on 60 sessions/year. If your child does not receive 60 sessions, the cost will be prorated. 

Two 60 minute sessions/week: $3,800.00

Two 80 minute sessions/week: $4,550.00
