Late Fees
Monthly payments assume a $25.00 late fee if not paid by the 10th of the month.
Accounts that fall 30 days past due will accrue an additional $25.00 fee/ month.
If you are late with tuition more than twice, accounts must be set up on autopay through our ClassReach system.
If an account falls 90 days past due, students may not return to FFA.
Withdrawal Policy
Financial Commitments upon Withdrawal from FFA:
If a student withdraws following enrollment, the financial responsibility is as follows:
April 1st-May 31st
10% of Tuition
10% of tuition must be paid. There is no refund on testing or curriculum fees.
June 1st-July 31st
25% of Tuition
25% of tuition must be paid. There is no refund on testing or curriculum fees.
August 1st-October 1st
50% of Tuition
50% of tuition must be paid. There is no refund on testing or curriculum fees.
After October 1st
100% of Tuition
100% of tuition must be paid. There is no refund on testing or curriculum fees.
Withdrawal or expulsion does not negate the financial agreement.
Families with extenuating circumstances may submit a written appeal to the Administrative Team for review, and the Board may be involved if deemed necessary.
Withdrawals must be submitted through the ClassReach withdrawal form.
